Farm to Table Dinner on Saturday, December 10th from 6-8 PM Bullitt Central Cafeteria. Dinner will include samplings of Quail, Chicken and Tilapia (raised by our Animal Science students and prepared by our Culinary students), vegetables and herbs (grown by our Agriculture students), drinks and desserts provided by a local business. Adults (19 years and older) will be $35 per person, teens 14-18 years old will be $15 each, student workers will be $5 each and children 13 years and under will be FREE. Bring your family and come CELEBRATE our students while they learn the true meaning of FARM to TABLE! (Bonus: Keynote speakers - Mr. Agriculture Warren Beeler, former Director of Agriculture Policy for KDE). The first ever Bullitt Central HS Farm to Table Dinner is a collaborative project that involves our Bullitt Central Agriculture, Animal Science, Culinary, Business and Performing Arts departments working together to provide opportunities for our students to truly experience a FARM to TABLE event - raising animals, producing gardens, preparing food, promoting the event and collaborating effectively are components that will make this dinner a success!
