Description
Dear Friends, we need your help by September 30.
The Bullitt County History Museum, in conjunction with the Bullitt County Genealogical Society, is preparing to publish the second volume of David Strange and Charlie Hartley's Bullitt County Memories book, and we're looking for help to offset some of the publishing costs.
"Bullitt County Memories" books are compilations of interesting stories about Bullitt County's history which Charlie and David write for their weekly newspaper column, with added content and photos.
Like the first volume published in 2013, all proceeds from the sale of Volume Two will go to support the operation of the Bullitt County History Museum.
We are grateful to Publisher's Printing Company for printing volume one at a significant discount, and we plan to have them print volume two as well; but it will be necessary for others to step forward to help defray the costs this time.
We have created a series of contributor's categories, and all who contribute will be recognized on a special page within the book itself. Here are the categories with their levels of contributions:
Sponsors - $1,000 and up
Patrons - $500 - $999
Friends - $250 - $499
Boosters - $50 - $249
At this time it appears that it will cost approximately $4,500 to publish the book, and we would like to raise at least half of that from contributions from folks like you.

We are hoping to publish in time for the Christmastime shopping season, so we need your help soon.
If you can help us with this project, please make your tax-deductible check payable to the Bullitt County History Museum, and mail it to Bullitt County History Museum, P.O. Box 206, Shepherdsville, KY 40165.
Thank you in advance for your help.
All contributions will be acknowledged both in the book and by letter for your records.
