Description
Our goal for this series is to equip our Bullitt County residents with the tools they need to manage their diabetes, address fears and concerns about diabetes management, and create opportunities for long-term support through the services available to our county.
We are honored to be partnering with some of our local health care providers as well as U of L Diabetes Educators and
Endocrinology Associates. All together, we will be holding four workshops, each devoted to a specific topic around diabetes care.
