Join us for music, appetizers, summer garden tour, cooking demonstration and of course, supper, which will be paired with wine from Forest Edge Winery.  We will be emphasizing the beauty of “Indian Summer” reflected in a meal from the late summer garden.  The menu will be appetizers of butternut squash and fried sage tart and Spanakopita puffs.  The entrée will be a choice of sausage  or farro and mushroom stuffed acorn squash along with a warm spinach and corn salad and garden green beans.  Dessert will be a persimmon trifle and fresh baked cookies. Our musical guest will be Christopher Meredith who brings his eclectic mix of acoustic favorites as well as original music.  As always, we will be taking a tour of the Summer Edible Garden along with a brief cooking demonstration. Don't miss out on the unique experience to taste all the Edible Garden has to offer in the late summer.
