Description
Our goal is to increase awareness of heart disease and how it affects every close relationship we have. We do not have to remind our community of the seriousness of this disease but we always want to stay conscious of the fact and work diligently to promote positive lifestyle behaviors and attitudes. Join us to learn more about heart disease and ways to lower your chance! A survivor fashion show by Goody's! Mellisa Swan will be MC our event!
