As an extra special holiday thank you, KBC will give two movie passes for a local cinema to those who register to give blood at a KBC donor center Monday, December 17 through Dec. 31.The holiday season is here. People are traveling, mixing and mingling but often not donating blood. Blood needs don’t take a holiday, however, even when friends and family are celebrating the season.

Surgeries still happen, cancer therapies continue, babies are born and accidents occur throughout the year, and December and January are no exception. That’s why Kentucky Blood Center (KBC) is encouraging those who are eligible to donate to give blood soon.
