MEET THE 2018 BULLITT COUNTY CANDIDATES FUNDRAISER AND AUCTION 
SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 18th 3-6 PM EST

* Chili Supper, Live Music and Silent Auction starts at 3 PM with Donations Accepted for Food
* Meet the Candidates and Current Elected Official Forum and LIVE AUCTION starts at 4 PM

100% OF ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS FUNDRAISER BENEFITS ACTIVE HEROES, ROOM IN THE INN – MINISTRY OF HEART OF MY CITY, BULLITT OPIOID ADDICTION TEAM (BOAT) AND WILL BE USED TO PURCHASE ITEMS ON BULLITT COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER’S WISH LIST AND VETERINARY COSTS

***All Elected Officials and Candidates (Republican, Democrat and Independent) are ENCOURAGED to bring 2 items to sell at LIVE AUCTION with ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT BEING USED TO SUPPORT 4 AMAZING ORGANIZATIONS IN BULLITT COUNTY.  All money raised from the donations for food and these auction items will be divided equally among the 4 organizations.

***Each Elected Official and 2018 Candidate will be given 2 minutes to discuss. . .WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE FOR THEM IN THE 2018 ELECTION.

*** A PRIZE and additional time to speak will be given to the candidate with the most money raised from their auction items!
*** Active Heroes, Room In The Inn – Ministry of Heart of My City, Bullitt Opioid Addiction Team (BOAT) and supporters of the Bullitt County Animal Shelter are each ENCOURAGED to bring 10-20 items to represent their organization and these items will be sold the highest bidder in the Silent Auction.  Each group will keep 100% of all the money raised from their items sold during the Silent Auction.  In addition each group will be available to discuss the benefits of their organization and how they are making a difference in Bullitt County.

*** Table Sponsorships are currently being reserved for $150 for a table of 10 if you would like to sponsor a table.  Open seating will be available and event is free but this guarantees you a table of 10.
