Please join our 2014 Giving Tuesday, 100 for $100 campaign on December 2nd to support Metro United Way in Bullitt County and Live United.  This is an opportunity to join forces as a collective whole to make our voices and impact known in our community.   As community leaders and business owners we know how fortunate we are to live in such a wonderful community like Bullitt County.  During this time of Thanksgiving we are asking community leaders to join in our efforts to raise $10,000 for Metro United Way in Bullitt County.  These dollars have a direct impact on our community, here are a few examples:

• 1,116 Children in Bullitt County attended a YMCA Summer Learning Loss program in 2013.
• Old Mill Elementary School was able to provide 143 students who where behind in reading with the additional support they needed to stay on track to High School.  In the upcoming year they are expanding this program to include math. 
• Shepherds Shelter provided housing to 143 homeless individuals in the Bullitt County community. 
•  152 Bullitt County children received support and guidance from a CASA volunteer as they navigated the Court System through no fault of their own.
