We are excited to announce that starting Saturday February 5th , 2022 our fun and energetic exercise program is back… Come Join Two time USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee, Owner, Chief Instructor and Personal Trainer Master Anthony Reeser and his staff for a fat burning, sweat building and fun work out. Have fun learning self-defense moves and exercising to upbeat music.. By using practical Martial Arts and self defense moves you not only reach your goals in fitness but learn how to protect yourself too. These classes are 45 minutes long and are good for all fitness levels from the first timer to to elite. We start with warm up exercises then step up the pace to music that will put a smile on your face. Then we hit the bags for some stress relief.
