Designed for students ages 13 and up, this program is developed to teach men and women how to  effectively defend themselves, learn coordination, positive attitude, build a strong self image, maintain a healthy body, help reduce the risk of certain disease, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall health.All while having fun and learning something exciting.
