Corbett Construction Co., Inc. (Louisville, KY) has immediate openings for Carpenters/Laborers.
Previous experience in medical is a plus. Responsible for ensuring quality control, reviewing & applying plans, specifications and revisions. Able to perform metal stud layout, concrete formation, framing, hanging drywall, wood trim, setting door frames, hanging & prepping doors, installing door hardware, closures, panic devices.
Interested and qualified candidates should have previous experience in construction. Applicants must also have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively with a team.
They should have strong orientation for results, a high commitment to quality and customer service, and be able to adjust to changing needs. Additional requirements: Reliable transportation, carpenters/drywall finishers should have personal hand tools, start work at 7:00AM, maintain satisfactory attendance. Assist in site clean-up and other duties to meet project standards and deadlines. Ability to use full range body motion, ability to work outside in hot and cold temperatures when necessary and lifting.
