In order to complete these projects quickly and keep the client open for business, we had to develop unique phasing methods for each project, supply quick solutions to unexpected problems and keep constant communication links with the owner, architect, engineer and subcontractors.

We also have extensive experience in new construction, project management and design build. In addition, we offer value engineering to our customers which saves time and money resulting in on-time or early occupancy.

Our projects range from $1,000.00 to $20,000,000.00 and we are extremely competitive on our pricing. We usually have 16 ? 25 projects under construction year-round. We currently work in Louisville, Southern Indiana, Elizabethtown and Frankfort.
