Mrs. Barbara Ann Marquez

My name is Barbara Marquez Owner / Chef of Mo Mo’s Catering Service. I have my Associates in Chef and have completed my Sanitation Course in Food Service Managing. I have 34 years of experience in restaurants and Dietary Food Services. I’ve had my catering business for 7 years. My goals are to help customers have a memorable event without all the work on their shoulders. Mo Mo’s Catering provides homemade food for parties, weddings, luncheons & Christmas parties. We do wedding cakes, birthday cakes and desserts, linens & centerpieces for rental. We set up, serve, tear down & then clean before we leave.
