Take control of your heart health with our three-month Healthy Hearts Club! This engaging series is packed with activities and resources to help you focus on fitness, healthy eating, and overall wellness. From a fun step challenge to interactive sessions and practical tips, we’ll keep you motivated every step of the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Step Challenge: Lace up and log your steps! Track your progress from February through April for a chance to win a gift card. Pedometers will be provided to help you get started.
• Blood Pressure Checks: Stay on top of your health with monthly check-ins.
• Monthly Topics: 
  • February: Kick-off event with step challenge sign-up, pedometer giveaway, blood pressure check, and a healthy recipe swap.
  • March: Midway check-in and tips from the Bullitt County Health Department to keep your heart healthy beyond the series.
  • April: Final check-in, a stress management discussion, and a mindful meditation session with special guest Kelly Banaski.

We’ll also showcase library resources like recipe books, heart health guides, and tools from our Library of Things to support your journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
