To date our team has been to over 35 military installations across the country, and even some international bases. As we have connected with service members and their families, our pipeline is quickly growing with folks looking to make Kentucky home. Approximately 80% of our talent pipeline are service members entering into civilian careers in varying industries in the bluegrass.  
 
Again, our program works to support these men and women as they leave the military, take advantage of some accelerated licensures if they choose to, and get them directly connected to a Kentucky employers and veteran connections in communities across the state.
